The final straw was when I went to get water out of the water cooler in the fitness room. If my shower was leaking, how many others are? How much mold is in between floors? I then asked for more towels, specifically more wash cloths. Later I noticed that there is water damage on ceilings. There was also water damage and mold around door. So I had to use all the other towels to soak it up. Then I took a shower, and the seal around the door was leaking bad. When I checked in I noticed their was only 1 wash cloth, not that big of a deal right. Let me preface this review with the staff was great, and more than likely these problems are because they are understaffed. I would AVOID if you want a clean and enjoyable experience! More Show less They refunded one night and tried to give me reward points. Sleeping in my car would’ve been a better option than sleeping here. The stay was so disappointing and created so much anxiety within me I checked out before 7am. When I got back to my room at 12:30am and realized housekeeping didn’t come, I called the front desk for washcloths, the young lady didn’t know where they were. When I left out around 11am I assumed that housekeeping would stop by especially since they were cleaning all the rooms on my floor. Instead of being offered to move again the manager cleaned my complaints. The balcony door didn’t lock and I was told, “Just use the safety bar”. Molded shower curtain that they replaced with a stained one when I complained. I was moved to another assuming it would be cleaner, it wasn’t. My first room was DIRTY, someone’s toothpaste splattered on the mirror, the toilet had unknown contents on the side, electrical outlets didn’t work and more. So I traveled from Maryland for a mental getaway. Let’s get this out the way, the best part of the hotel may be an employee.
